This state-of-the-art drive-in theater shows double features of new movies on four screens, offering a restaurant, wine, and craft beers. A trip to this attraction with four screens, showing double features, with a great concession stand is well worth the 8 $$ per adult & discounts for children. With those nostalgic images in mind, let us hope that the Coyote Drive-in in Fort Worth remains open & successful for a long time to come. The drive-in movie experience peaked in the 1950's & 1960's, which time the estimated number of successfully operating drive-in's is a reported 4000! That period of time also corresponded with the emergence of the "car culture," including the dominance of General Motors & Ford. It is one of the estimated 350 drive-ins still in operation across the nation. I satisfy this regression into the past by going to the Coyote Drive-In. When I allow myself to be sentimental, I wander back to the 20th Century, & I think about some of the things that I miss the most: the gold standard, metal cars with chrome, & drive-in movies.
